Mr. Killbot BS-A113
It's been a while since I modeled a hard surface robot but I was ready to make another one even if it was made a month after my graduation from Lasalle College.
This little guy right here is Killbot BS-A113 and he's based off a drawing I made way back in May 2020 as part of an assignment on robotics design in my Concept and Illustration class. I wanted to test out things with this guy such as Chrome Textures and brightly lit LEDs for eyes and mouth grilles.
Relax, he won't kill anyone. In fact, he's not allowed to. He's been reprogrammed to be a friendly little robot and he's not allowed to complain about it.

Shasta Renders
These are a collection of Renders featuring my original character Shasta Jenner Burkville.
I have experience in modeling and UV mapping so these demonstrate the use of things like Bump mapping, Xgen hair, subsurface, etc.

Lum Invader
I modeled Lum Invader from Urusei Yatsura as part of an assignment in Character Modeling in College.
Didn't use Zbrush.. Learning curve was too high so I stuck with Maya. I had an unfortunate snafu where I broke my Windows 10 install in my laptop and I worried I lost the Maya file. Fortunately she was backed up and I trucked on. Not that satisfied with my result but hey, animation and hard surface models are my specialty.
Why did I model Lum? Because 2022 was the year Urusei Yatsura got rebooted.
And why she's wearing a tuxedo instead of her tiger-printed bikini? Costume Decency standards in school. Plus, I was discouraged from doing
UV Mapping in class.

Patti Mayonnaise
I have a confession to make: I'M A BIG-ASS "DOUG" SUPERFAN. That's it.
Whether it be Nickelodeon or Disney, I am a big fan of the show. It's one of the shows that has a big influence on my own series concept.
(I actually have a DVD that's literally called DOUG, The Complete Nickelodeon Series.)
Anyhow, I made this 3d model of Patti Mayonnaise during the beginning of my sophomore year in college.
This model is referencing the Nickelodeon era of DOUG (August 11 1991-January 2 1994).
I thought I lost the MAYA and texture files for Patti which is why I had to resort to these screenshots but what a save, I found the file located in the depths of the internet. These photos however will remain until I render my model using Renderman.
And please excuse the photo of her behind. And pay no attention to the white texture seam.
This was before I discovered Substance Painter
(Now Adobe Substance 3D Painter)
I actually want to redo some textures for her since I now know about Adobe Substance Painter and I am now obsessed with subsurface skin, bump mapping and displacement mapping.
For now, Patti Mayonnaise's retouched renders will have to wait as I've lost my educational license to Adobe Substance 3D Painter.
